1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
H.B.C Chemical Trading Co. Ltd is the authorized distributor for Merck, Sigma Aldrich, LGC Standards, Chemservice Analytical standard, HPC, and Toronto. We provide comprehensive chemical solutions to all segmentations in Vietnam.
We operates sales with an ERP system, which will help you optimize your work performance.
2. DUTIES
In the role of Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the execution of sales and trade flows. This includes maintaining active sales while identifying growth opportunities and setting strategies to enhance the core business.
– Gain a clear understanding of end-user demands and organize to provide adequate technical solutions & quotations to distributors & customers.
– Prospect, identify and establish contact with both existing & new customers.
– Explore & Map market potentials for our product portfolio in your area.
– Represent the company in exhibitions, events, seminars, and demonstrations. Be the image of the company through your professional skills and attitude.
– Contact customers to support the credit management team if necessary in case of over dues
– Responsible for any other tasks not mentioned above which are required by Line- Manager & Country Sales Manager
3. REQUIREMENT
a. Qualifications:
• Technical Sales, Sales and Account Management skills required
• Customer Service experience
• Technical Support knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
• Strong background in molecular, cellular, immunological, and/or oncology biology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English language
• 1 – 3 years of experience in related fields
b. Language: English (Fluent) / Vietnamese
c. Computing: Office computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)
d. Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in related fields
